1. Who we are

Ring Ring Factory is brought to you by myringtone.me and operated by SUMMITWEBCRAFT (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2017/374199/07).

2. What we sell

We sell personalised ringtones. You choose a track, shape the mix, can add your name or sing your own line, and build your own 29-second ringtone file.

Each ringtone is a once-off purchase of R19.99. There is no subscription, no membership, no account and no recurring charge. You pay once and receive one ringtone. Prices are in South African rand and are shown before you pay.

3. Build and listen first

Building and listening is free. Previews play at lower quality with a soft Ring Ring Factory voice tag. Before you buy, you hear your finished ringtone and confirm it is the one you want. The file you buy is the version you approved, without the tag.

4. Ordering and payment

5. Delivery

6. Using your ringtone

Your ringtone is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use as a ringtone or notification sound on your own devices. You may not sell it, share it for others to download, stream or broadcast it, upload it to music services, use it in videos or adverts, or claim it as your own composition. All rights in the tracks, voices, software and designs stay with us or our licensors.

7. Names and lines you add

8. How the music and voices are made

Our tracks come from licensed recordings and from music we create with AI music tools. Names and lines are spoken by an AI voice, and sung lines are tuned automatically. You shape the final ringtone yourself.

9. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when we refund and how to ask. It forms part of these terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove tracks, features and prices. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

12. Our responsibility

We take care to deliver a working ringtone that matches the version you approved. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

13. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by South African law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to put it right. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission or another relevant authority.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date. The version in force when you paid applies to your order.
